Yesterday the boys turned 15 months! They are chatty, playful and on the move! Waylon can stand on his own for a few seconds and I know that they are both going ot take their first steps really soon. W&W are so cute - they are constantly bringing us books to read over and over again - especially Peek-a-Who and 123 Texas. Here are some photos from today's lunch at ABGB:
I'm a mom to identical twin boys, Waylon and Wyatt. Here's a little glimpse into our family's world.

Shady Grove
Spring is in full swing here in Austin and we took full advantage on Monday night. We took a walk around Town Lake and then grabbed dinner at Shady Grove. The boys stayed up late (8pm!) but were on great behavior all through dinner. It's so fun being able to go out to eat and have them sit in high chairs vs in their stroller. And they certainly charm the pants off everyone they meet!

Mexican Food and Bluebonnets!
So, it's been awhile. I really really don't know where the time is going. And how the boys got to be 14 months old. Anyway, I guess I'll just pick up with this past weekend which was pretty awesome. It's springtime in Austin which means that we have a few mild 70 degree days before the heat of summer is upon us. So, on Saturday night we got the boys all dressed up in their guaberas and took them to their first cloth napkin restaurant, Corazon. Corazon holds a special place in our heart - it's where we went the night we got engaged, where we had our rehearsal dinner and where we went on one of our first dates after the boys were born. And sadly, it's closing. So, we took the boys and they were so well-behaved - probably due to the delicious quesadillas.
The next morning we got up early and went to one of my favorite places in Austin - the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower center. The boys loved strolling through the woods, playing in fields of bluebonnets and playing on a coyote statue (Waylon kept crawling up to the statue and saying 'dah-dah' thinking it was a dog). Wyatt even found a sweet baby girl to flirt with.
